This was my first purchase from your company. The ordering process was a cinch and my frame came exactly as I had hoped. I could tell extra care was put into the packaging to ensure it didn’t get jostled around and marred in transit. I was extra thrilled that I was able to order the custom size I needed for my art. The non-glare acrylic is awesome, too! Thank you, Frame Destination. I would order from you again and will recommend to others!

I will NEVERRRRRR order frames from any other place from now on. The quality and customer service are phenomenal! I placed and incorrect order online (absolutely my dumb fault) and they STILL made it right. Frederick helped me and he was absolutely lovely; I'm so grateful for him. Also BONUS if you live here in DFW - highly recommend picking them up to avoid all these crazy oversized carrier/package fees (especially if you have ordered large frames). They have an awesome showroom/office and there's even an office bunny!

Great quality frames, reasonable price, fast shipping, would highly recommend. The site also tells you the mat opening size which is really helpful after tweaking the mat overlap and art size. The mobile site freezes up occasionally, but you just have to refresh the page, it doesn’t delete any of the specs you’ve changed. I’ve purchased 3 frames so far, 3 more arriving tomorrow!

I ordered twice from this company. Both orders were spotless and fulfilled in a very fast manner. The products I received were top notch and the packing was phenomenal. My last order was a 3" matting for a picture of over 39" wide -- I was very nervious about such huge and delicate piece. Nope, zero issues -- looks flawless. One of the best companies of all kinds I ever ordered from. Highly recommend

BRAVO! I have ordered many frames online, including from Frame Destination. The hardest part is having all the hardware to assemble the art inside the frame with the backing. After talking to Customer Service, they coached me how to order the frame so everything was all set up beforehand with the hardware and backing already installed before it is sent out. Oh my goodness it was a BREEZE to insert the artwork into the frame and be able to pop the backing right in place! It was all together in about 45 min but you could maybe do it in 30. The frame color, Pecan was PERFECT for my artwork, and that Pecan color would go with so many things! I would just encourage you all to have more frame choices in the Pecan color, I think this was the only frame type in Pecan but thankfully it worked out. Online frames can be tricky to assemble with all the moving parts and hardware, but Frame Destination THANK YOU for making it easy! I am going to order two more frames right away. The frame was packed very professionally and arrived promptly after ordering. Frame Destination is a five star operation, they thought of everything and did not miss one detail.

Great customer service, high quality products, fast shipping. Had a tricky framing project -- needlepoint -- which I've never framed myself before. With online chat help, I was able to get the precise custom frame/supplies needed. Everything very well packaged, instructions very clear and easy. Put it together and all fit perfectly. The museum-quality acrylic protective glazing is wonderful, can hardly tell it's there. Very very pleased!
